Rachel Fierberg



Rachel is an experienced Silicon Valley CFO with a strong operational background and extensive transactional skills.   Over the past 25 years, she has advised and led the finance operations for startups and emerging growth companies in a broad range of industries, including SaaS, Advertising, Marketplace, Biotech and Clean Energy.

An Operator at heart, Rachel is passionate about building finance and accounting organizations that are efficient, tech forward and have discipline to provide timely metrics, financials, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders. In her role as a CFO, she is a strategic partner with founders and has extensive experience in capital fund raising, M&A, developing financial projections and KPIs, communicating with investors and Boards, and leading the finance function to scale infrastructure for rapid growth.

Rachel is a Stanford MBA Stanford University and has a bachelor’s degree from UCLA, in Math and Economics. She began her career in strategic planning, including four years with a strategic management consulting firm and 2.5 years as Business Development lead for LucasFilm. Outside of work, Rachel is an avid hiker, scaling mountain tops from the Himalayas to the Swiss Alps. Rachel lives in Marin County, CA and loves taking work breaks and weekend time hiking trails just outside her front door, in Mount Tamalpais State Park.​
