Prior to joining Kranz, Yanfen was a tax partner at PwC’s San Jose office where she provided tax compliance and tax consulting services to venture capital and private equity fund clients.
Previously, she served as a managing director at BDO San Francisco where he worked with numerous venture capital clients on their annual tax filings, including international tax compliance-related services. Yanfen also worked with broker-dealer clients and various family partnerships during that period.
Yanfen began her career at KPMG, where she spent many years providing US tax services for foreign private equity funds.
