Amy is an Inactive CPA that started her career in public accounting. She performed external audits for a variety of industries. After leaving public accounting, she went to ALLTEL Communications where she joined Internal Audit and performed financial and operational audits for ALLTEL Corporation and subsidiaries. She was then promoted as a manager of thirteen employees. After the implementation of a successful project that saved the company over 2 million in cash flow the first month, she was asked to help develop the eCommerce Systems for ALLTEL Communications.

After 7 years at ALLTEL Communications, Amy moved to California from Arkansas to be the Director of Operations for the Western Region of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. She helped small business owners grow and develop their business acting as a business consultant for the corporate office. She was responsible for 60 million in revenue and over 120 franchise owners. She had the largest growth in the company for 5 years.

Now, Amy has been in the staffing industry for over a decade specializing in Accounting and Finance recruiting.  She has been recruiting for Kranz Consulting since 2012, and she works with all types of candidates and companies to staff for success.
