Vidhi is a self-motivated leader that brings more than 20 years of professional experience to Kranz Consulting. She specializes in the accounting and audit needs of private equity funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, and business development companies. She has served clients focusing on different investment strategies – equity, debt, crypto and fund of funds. Vidhi provides extensive knowledge of the valuation of privately held investments. She has a proven track record of serving her clients with distinction and takes pride in the development of her teams.
At Kranz, Vidhi has been focusing on managing and performing accounting functions and investor reporting for multiple venture capital funds, general partner entities, and management companies.
Prior to Kranz, Vidhi was an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche responsible for the planning and execution of audits for multiple asset management clients. She led the successful integration of Deloitte’s Asset Management practice based in India.
Vidhi graduated from the University of Mumbai. She is a CPA (active) and a Chartered Accountant from India. She enjoys volunteering related to her kids’ activities. In her free time, Vidhi can be found participating in fitness workouts and spending time with her husband, two beautiful daughters and her fur baby.
