Nina was born and raised in Iran. She moved to the US in 2007 with a dream of living the American dream. She is a highly skilled and experienced consultant with over a decade of experience in working with startups to mid-size companies across a wide variety of industries. She embarked on her accounting journey by earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Jose State University.
Nina began her career as an accounts payable specialist at the City of San Jose City Hall during her second semester at San Jose State. She was quickly recruited by Armanino LLP during her final semester and subsequently recruited by Kranz in 2017. Throughout her career, Nina has only worked in a multi-client environment, and she thrives on the excitement and endless possibilities that come with serving multiple companies.
Throughout her career, Nina has accrued an extensive range of expertise including analytical aptitude, strategic mindset, communication and collaboration, restructuring existing accounting procedures for compliance, creating and enforcing internal accounting and financial policies, collecting and managing financial data and reporting financial performance. Her wealth of expertise across industries such as SaaS, manufacturing, advertising, bio pharma, architecture, construction, and event planning has made her a highly sought-after consultant and she continues to make a lasting difference in the accounting world.
Outside of work, Nina enjoys flying airplanes (yes, she is also a pilot!) and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycles.
