Shelley has had 17+ years in International Accounting; which is the full country specific statutory reporting and accounting of international entities for translation into US GAAP. This includes, but is not limited to, international and US audit support, taxes (VAT, Sales & Use Taxes, and US Corporate), payroll (US, Expat Shadow Payroll, and International Payroll). She also has 10+ years experience working on international Joint Ventures. This has allowed her to gain vast knowledge of EMEA, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Middle East accounting standards.

Shelley also has several years of Project Accounting in the engineering services field, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis. Her background has given her the skills to problem solve, outline, and document processes for US and International entities to ensure tax compliance, audit and financial reporting compliance.

Shelley is most looking forward to being able to utilize the full scope of her best skills, which include, problem solving, organization of responsibilities, project management, and documentation of processes. She enjoys helping people achieve their financial deliverables and taking the complexity of financial reporting so they can concentrate on the growth of their business.
