Julianne joined the Kranz family in 2018 as a shared resource of Kranz, DLC and Beacon Resources. She was based out of the Kranz Menlo Park office and worked closely with Aimee Rios and Amy Fraiser. In January of 2020, Julianne joined Kranz full-time as a Recruiter. She supports Kranz’s hiring goals by keeping a full pipeline of top talent, building relationships with her candidates, supporting them during the interview process and to the final stage of signing their offer.
Since joining Kranz in 2020, she has been promoted to Senior Recruiter and is thrilled to support both the internal and external hiring needs of Kranz. She finds candidates for all practice areas, as well as contract and direct hire placements with clients. As the Kranz recruiting team grows, Julianne enjoys training, supporting and encouraging the new team members so they are best set up for success. She loves to learn from her leaders, Aimee and Amy, and continue professional education to keep her recruiting skills sharp.
Before joining Kranz. Julianne worked with Aimee Rios for four years at a recruiting firm specializing in filling administrative and financial positions. There she developed her passion for finding the best candidates for her clients. When she is not working, Julianne loves to spend time with her family in San Jose, golf with her fiancé, and take their puppy, Quest, on fishing trips.
