Shirley joined Kranz & Associates in 2021 as a senior accountant. Prior to joining Kranz Consulting, Shirley was a Senior Accountant at Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions, where she provided accounting and consulting services to venture capital clients.
Shirley also worked at Stone Pine Accounting Services, LLC, where she worked with private equity clients and managed the quarterly and annual financial reporting process and tax service.
Shirley began her career at Choi’s Accounting & Consulting, where she provided financial reporting process and tax services.
