Viraj Mohile began his career in venture capital fund administration after earning a degree in Finance and Information Management from the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to joining Kranz, he spent two years supporting several VC and private equity clients with billions in assets under management. His experience includes preparing portfolio valuations on behalf of general partners, producing schedules of investments based on fair market value, and leading quarterly financial statement preparation — including journal entries, invoicing, and reporting.
As a Senior Fund Accountant at Kranz, Viraj supports venture capital clients with end-to-end fund accounting services, including financial reporting, capital call and distribution processing, and audit and tax coordination. He is committed to delivering accurate, timely insights that help clients maintain compliance and build investor confidence.
While his core skill set lies in accounting, Viraj also brings a strong foundation in financial systems and software, which he aims to leverage to drive process improvement and innovation in the industry.
