Sean is a versatile professional with a foundation in financial services consulting and a proven track record in software sales, bringing a unique dual perspective to business operations and client engagement. He began his career at Crowe LLP in San Francisco, helping banks and fintechs strengthen anti–money laundering efforts and maintain regulatory compliance, before transitioning into Sales at Rippling, where he supported growth by driving new customer acquisition and improving HR and Finance workflows for scaling companies.

In his current role at Kranz Consulting, Sean leverages his combined consulting and sales experience to support internal teams, communicate the value of their expertise, and generate new business opportunities across the venture ecosystem. He also serves as an Engineer Officer in the Army National Guard, embodying discipline and leadership both in and out of the office. Outside of work, Sean enjoys pickleball, hiking, running, lifting, and exploring new restaurants and cafés.
