Prathiba brings extensive experience managing full month-end close cycles for multiple clients, including schedules and reconciliations for key areas such as prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, deferred revenue, and lease accounting. She prepares and presents financial statements, performs P&L and balance sheet flux analysis, and develops close packages with commentary for executive review. Her responsibilities also include consolidation work, payroll processing, and support for income tax requirements.
She has a strong foundation in revenue operations and accounts receivable, including customer invoicing aligned to contract terms, payment matching, AR reporting, and ASC 606 deferred revenue schedules and reconciliations. Prathiba is experienced in vendor management — overseeing onboarding, contract review, and invoice processing through platforms such as Bill.com and Expensify. She has also prepared detailed audit PBCs for external auditors and contributed financial support for acquisitions and funding activities.
In addition to her technical capabilities, Prathiba plays a key role in process improvement and team development. She has supported system implementations — including involvement in data migration for ERP transitions—and documented workflows to streamline operations. She regularly mentors staff and senior accountants, coordinates cross-functional close activities, and trains teams to adopt new accounting software and best practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
