Michael Ramos is a Controller and the Director of Learning and Development. He was the founding Principal of MRA Learning, a learning and development consulting firm specializing in accounting and finance. His firm’s expertise included the creation of curriculum plans for finance and accounting professionals, the development of organizational training department capabilities and the design of technical and non-technical learning programs.
For the past 25 years, he has been an author, instructor and consultant to the accounting profession. He is a nationally recognized speaker and author on technical auditing matters. He spent the first phase of his career as an Audit Senior Manager with KPMG, including a two-year assignment in the firm’s National Office.
