Mark brings over 20 years of fund finance, operations, and compliance experience to the team with a track record of success as a trusted advisor and member of the senior leadership team.
Prior to joining Kranz, Mark served as CFO and CCO of Summer Street Capital, a leading middle market private equity firm in the environmental services sector. Mark was responsible for Summer Street’s financial administration and reporting, investor relations, and company compliance. Before Summer Street, Mark spent over a decade at SoftBank Capital and Z80 Labs managing all accounting, finance, and operations for the companies venture capital funds as CFO and Director of Finance & Operations. Mark started his career in public accounting at Tronconi Segarra & Associates.
Mark attended the University at Buffalo, earning an MBA, while previously graduating from Canisius University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark and his wife are proud parents of three daughters. Mark enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, skiing, and being outdoors.
