John’s career includes roles at CultureAmp, Five9, and Unify Consulting, as well as leadership positions at Beacon Hill Technologies and Insight Global, where he launched new divisions, managed teams, and supported investor-aligned growth through M&A, restructuring, and capital deployment strategies. He also gained executive search expertise in private markets at NGS Global.

John holds a BS in Business Management with Finance Emphasis from Santa Clara University, where he was a four-year Division-1 basketball player and two-year team captain.
