Diva Liu is a seasoned finance leader with 20 years of experience across fund and management company accounting, consolidations, audits, treasury, ERP implementations, and investor reporting. She is known for stepping into complex environments to stabilize financial operations, including cleaning up financials, accelerating delayed closes and audits, integrating ERP systems, and rebuilding high-performing accounting teams to create scalable, reliable finance functions.
Prior to joining Kranz Consulting, Diva served as a Director at Armanino, a top-20 CPA firm, where she led cross-functional teams and partnered closely with CEOs, founders, and boards to deliver strategic guidance across financial operations, governance, compliance, capital planning, and technology transformation within the financial services industry.
Diva began her career at Deloitte in New York, leading PCAOB and AICPA audits for large publicly held asset managers, and later advanced into assistant controller and controller roles at Canyon Partners and Oakhurst Advisors, both SEC-registered investment advisers. Throughout her career, she has helped investment management organizations strengthen corporate governance, enhance transparency, and build finance infrastructures that support long-term growth and investor confidence.
Diva is a CPA and holds dual master’s degrees in Accounting and Finance. She lives in South Pasadena, California, with her husband and two children.
