Bonnie holds her CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation through Santa Clara University and is an experienced stock plan administrator with over 10 years of experience.  

She joined Kranz & Associates in August of 2015, focusing on private companies. She brings a wealth of knowledge working with both private and publicly traded global companies ranging from venture-backed start-up enterprises to multinational public companies. Bonnie’s expertise includes capitalization table management and reconciliation, equity roll forward, valuing and running stock-based compensation expense reports, set up of equity related procedures, policies, and controls, tracking disqualified dispositions, handle tax filings (3921s and 1099s), and, for publicly traded companies, handled the 10K section related to equity and drafted the annual proxy.   

Prior to joining Kranz & Associates, Bonnie was a Stock Administration Consultant at Violin Memory where she was responsible for the administration of the company’s global equity stock programs, including managing the relationship with the transfer agent and designated broker, reporting directly to the CEO. Prior to that, Bonnie served 3 years at OCZ Technology as the Stock Administrator and Senior Manager of Investor Relations that was later acquired by Toshiba Corporation. She was responsible for maintaining the capitalization table and preparing stock related financial disclosures and equity tables reported in the SEC filings along with implementing an investor relations program to attract and inform investors of the company’s financial strategy while ensuring ongoing compliance with SEC, Regulation Fair Disclosure, NYSE, and Nasdaq’s rules and regulations.  

Bonnie has experience with different Equity software platforms including Carta, Shareworks by Morgan Stanley, Equity Edge, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML).
