Allyson Johnson-Dailey brings more than 15 years of experience in fund administration, accounting, and operations, with expertise spanning venture capital, private equity, and real estate funds, as well as management company accounting and financial reporting. Throughout her career, Allyson has partnered closely with general partners and investors to support the financial, operational, and reporting needs of complex fund structures.
Prior to joining Kranz, Allyson served as Director of Operations at Meritage Accounting Group, a boutique fund administrator based in Colorado. Her previous experience also includes roles at Stone Pine Accounting Services, Aduro Advisors, and SandsPoint Capital Advisors, a partner firm of Apex Group. Earlier in her career, she spent several years working within small CPA firms, where she supported small business owners with bookkeeping, tax compliance, tax planning, and operational management.
Outside of work, Allyson enjoys spending time with her husband and children, especially attending ice hockey tournaments and dance competitions. She also enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and staying involved in the startup and venture capital community, including volunteering with The Venture Mentoring Team.
