SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, MARCH 7, 2023, Kranz Consulting, an Addison Group Company, has named Vidhi Kanoongo, its newest Practice Lead of Venture Capital Fund Administration, effective Monday, February 13, 2023. In her new role, Vidhi will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Venture Capital Fund Administration Practice at Kranz Consulting. She will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are being met and will be instrumental in developing new strategies to enhance the firm’s offerings.
Kranz Consulting, a full service finance and accounting firm, has successfully served over 1,000 start-ups and their Venture Capital investors, earning itself a reputation for turning entrepreneurial innovation into superior valuations. Kranz offers various strategic accounting and finance services with full back-office support to venture capital firms, crypto funds, and special purpose vehicle entities to help companies scale, expand, and evolve.
Vidhi brings her extensive knowledge of the valuation of privately-held investments, and a proven track record of excellence in client service and successful team development into her new role. Vidhi specializes in the accounting and audit needs of private equity funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, and business development companies. She has served clients focusing on different investment strategies – equity, debt, crypto and fund of funds.
Prior to Kranz, Vidhi was an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche responsible for the planning and execution of audits for multiple asset management clients. She led the successful integration of Deloitte’s Asset Management practice based in India.
As part of this transition, the former Venture Capital Fund Administration Practice Lead, Tom Muscarella, will be stepping down from his role and reducing his hours. However, he will continue to stay with the company leading various Venture Capital client engagements, and contributing on special projects and strategic initiatives.
