Marion Askins is a Senior Recruiter for Kranz Consulting and is responsible for helping lead the permanent search efforts for the recruiting group. She works with clients and candidates to manage the recruiting process including researching, identifying and evaluating talent for key roles. She works closely with clients and establishes strong, trusting relationships. Marion has experience in many industries including financial services, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, SaaS, manufacturing/distribution, semiconductor, and consumer products/services.
Before joining Kranz Consulting, Marion spent 8 years working for Talent Age Associates, based in Silicon Valley, providing creative talent strategies for Fortune 500, multinational corporations and mid-cap/venture-backed companies in the technology, fashion, consumer, lifestyle and financial industries. She has experience in Board and C-Level executive search. Prior to Talent Age, Marion spent 10 years in the financial services industry working for Tatum LLC, a professional services organization providing project-based, interim and permanent solutions. Marion was the Area Administrator of the Northern California office.
Prior to Tatum LLC, Marion was an Executive Coordinator with Odwalla and a Customer Service Manager for Briggs & Riley Travelware. Marion started her career in the retail industry in managerial positions with Ross Stores, Lanz of California and Mervyns.
Marion earned a degree in Business with an emphasis in Fashion Merchandising from Skyline College.
