Luke is an experienced fund administration and finance professional with a demonstrated history of supporting venture capital and alternative asset clients. His career began after college as a member of an AmeriCorps emergency response team—an early experience that helped shape his collaborative and service-oriented approach to professional challenges.
He transitioned into finance and accounting, initially focusing on personal tax returns and small business operations. In 2012, he entered the fund administration space as one of the first full-time accounting hires at Segue Partners, a boutique startup in St. Louis, MO. During his tenure at Segue, he advanced through progressively senior roles, gaining expertise in fund administration and people leadership while serving a diverse client base that included VC funds, general partners, management companies, operating entities, and other alternative investment vehicles. Working in an entrepreneurial environment further strengthened his capabilities in business operations, development, and team management.
In 2021, Segue was acquired by global firm JTC, where he continued to lead teams in fund administration across a broad range of asset classes. Known for his collaborative approach, he partners closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective solutions and support their accounting and business goals.
