As a Talent Sourcer, your role will be responsible to support the sourcing and recruiting efforts for the Kranz practices for all lines of service.  Your primary role will be to build a candidate database and assist with the recruiting function while creating brand awareness and marketplace presence.  This role will report to the Director of Recruiting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of full-cycle recruiting efforts for their teams including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Identify accounting and finance talent through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, online resources & professional associations.
  • Generate qualified candidates for Kranz Consulting at all levels for all practices in all markets.
  • Manage all job boards and drive candidate pipeline.
  • Manage candidate database, while cultivating and maintaining ongoing influential relationships with potential recruits.
  • Pre-screen applicants to ensure they are a potential fit for Kranz and identify motivation and drivers for job search.
  • Assist with the coordination of candidate interviews with the hiring managers and executive team.
  • Partner with recruiters/talent acquisition team to prioritize urgent requisitions.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
  • Craft and send recruiting emails.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline.
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System).

Requirements:

  • A successful track record of recruiting for Accounting and Finance professionals at a leading financial recruiting company including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree
