This role will report to the VP of Recruiting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the internal recruiting process and work with Practice Leaders within Kranz to support their hiring needs.
  • Leverage your proven recruiting background and your extensive network of accounting and finance professionals to identify key talent.
  • Source candidates through our existing database, contacts, and advertising campaigns as well as through your own direct recruiting practices.
  • Conduct phone screens and meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up meetings with hiring managers to discuss feedback and determine the next steps.
  • Work with Kranz clients directly to augment staff and assist with direct placement.
  • Negotiate offers and partner with internal staff to obtain executive approvals and coordinate onboarding details.
  • Maintain ATS (Jazz) database regularly.
  • Ad hoc reporting

Requirements:

  • A successful track record of recruiting for Accounting and Finance professionals at a leading financial recruiting company including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 3-7 years of recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing staffing needs for a high-growth company.
  • Previous experience as a financial recruiter and sources and has used recruiting tools such as candidate tracking systems as well as social media to source top talent.
  • A solid network of relevant candidates and efficient methods of tracking them.
  • Experience with relevant social media, conferences, events, and recruiting channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of cold calling, social media, networking, and seeking referrals to bring in top talent.
  • Experience in accounting, although not required, is preferred.
